Following a bitter family battle, she was ordered to repay a loan amount of PS3,100 to her aunt.

The model, who is famous for her glamour, claims she's living in her car, while trying to get back on her feet. She claims that online trolls have branded her as an "s ***" after the case, and she's unable to rent anywhere because landlords believe she is involved in pornographic activities. She is asking her fans to give money via PayPal and Venmo.
The lawsuit filed in California states that it accuses Mindgeek, the parent company of Pornhub, of racketeering, human trafficking child pornography, copyright piracy, internet hacking, stalking blackmail and the extortion. The 179-page lawsuit names 34 women, 14 of whom were under the age of 18 when the videos were uploaded. Nicol was one of them, and she says the videos have caused her to suffer from numerous mental health issues that include anxiety. She has told Sky News that she is so nervous that she's unable to leave the house due to fear of being recognized.
